Agreement
By using this website or requesting services from Georgia Tree Guys, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Website information
Content on this site is general information about tree care and our services. It is not professional advice for your specific property. Tree permit rules vary by city and county, so check with your local jurisdiction before removing trees.
Estimates
Estimates are free and based on conditions we can see at the time. Final pricing and scope of work are confirmed with you before work begins. Hidden conditions, such as internal decay, buried objects, or changes requested on site, may change the price, and we will discuss any change with you first.
Customer responsibilities
You confirm that you own the property or have permission to authorize the work, and that any trees involved are on your property or you have the neighbor's consent. Please tell us about underground utilities, irrigation, septic systems, or other hidden items we should avoid.
You are responsible for obtaining any permits required by your city, county, or HOA unless we agree in writing to handle them.
Property and site conditions
We take care to protect your property. Heavy equipment and falling wood can leave ruts or marks in lawns and soft ground, and some minor turf disturbance is a normal part of tree work.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed with you in your estimate or invoice.
Scheduling and weather
Schedules can change because of weather, safety conditions, or emergency storm work. We will let you know as soon as possible if we need to reschedule.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Georgia Tree Guys is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Georgia law.
